Job Summary

As a Technology Architect specializing in SAP Commerce, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable eCommerce solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Leveraging deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and Java, you will ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems while enabling efficient sales operations and customer relationship management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, high‑performance digital commerce solutions.

• Design and implement robust SAP Commerce solutions to enhance eCommerce capabilities and support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Commerce with existing enterprise systems.
• Lead the development and customization of SAP Commerce WCMS to optimize content management and user experience.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP Commerce Search, improving product discoverability and customer engagement.
• Oversee the configuration and deployment of the SAP Commerce Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain SAP Commerce Product Content Management (PCM) to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
• Implement effective SAP Commerce integration strategies to enable smooth data exchange across platforms.
• Optimize SAP Commerce eCommerce functionalities to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Manage core SAP Commerce platform components to maintain system stability and operational excellence.
• Utilize SAP Commerce Backoffice functional capabilities to support business users and operational requirements.
• Drive and deliver SAP Commerce B2B solutions to expand market reach and strengthen client relationships.
• Apply strong Java and Spring MVC expertise to develop and maintain high‑quality, enterprise‑grade software solutions.
• Support Key Account Management and Sales Operations through effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Strong hands‑on expertise across SAP Commerce WCMS, Search, Platform, PCM, Integration, Core, eCommerce, and Backoffice Functional modules.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Commerce B2B solutions in enterprise environments.
• Solid proficiency in Java and Spring MVC for building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Experience supporting Key Account Management and Sales Operations within digital commerce ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work Model: Hybrid role with on‑site presence in Bridgewater, NJ.
