Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer
Job Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey - 08807
Onsite/Hybrid: Remote

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs across multiple SAP modules (ECC or S/4
  
  HANA)
• Work onsite with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and clarify technical needs
• Design, code, test, and debug ABAP objects including:
• Reports (Classical & ALV)
• Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs)
• Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework)
• Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
• OData services
• Support integration with other SAP and non‑SAP systems
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Document technical specifications, test scripts, and deployment steps

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and integration points
• Experience with ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and modern ABAP practices (preferred for S/4
  
  HANA environments)
• Solid experience with interfaces, enhancements, and forms
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders in an onsite environment
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA development
• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development (bonus)
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes (if relevant to your client)
