About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MES Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing MES solutions to support our manufacturing and operations processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the Rockwell Automation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize and streamline production workflows.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MES solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement MES solutions to enhance manufacturing and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including production, quality, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end‑users to ensure effective utilization of MES features.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest MES developments and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages cutting‑edge solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
• Proficient in SQL, scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in any MES is a plus.
