Senior Project / Program Manager – Product, PIM & Enterprise Systems

Contract Role

Red Stream Technology is searching for an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Platforms, with a primary focus on Product Information Management (PIM), product data governance, and ERP-centric system integration (SAP).

This role requires a highly autonomous, senior operator capable of establishing structure, governance, and execution in environments with limited onboarding, incomplete documentation, and evolving scope and budget. The engagement will begin with a discovery phase, after which priorities and capacity will be refined.

• Product Information Management (PIM) platforms and integrations
• Product data lifecycle, governance, and quality
• ERP (SAP) implementation, integration, and optimization
• Engineering and manufacturing systems alignment
• Enterprise system and data integrations

• Lead PIM-driven initiatives, including product data models, governance, enrichment, and system integrations.
• Align product, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams around a single source of truth for product data.
• Own the full project/program lifecycle from discovery through execution and delivery.
• Lead ERP (SAP)-centric programs and downstream integrations with PIM, product platforms, and digital systems.
• Quickly establish governance, delivery structure, RAID management, and executive reporting with minimal direction.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders to ensure systems support product lifecycle and operational needs.
• Support M&A-related system, data, and process integrations where applicable.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams; proactively elevate risks and trade-offs.
• Operate independently with minimal onboarding or documentation.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.
• Comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity and evolving constraints.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Trusted communicator with executive stakeholders.

• Senior-level experience leading complex enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives.
• Strong expertise in product data governance and lifecycle management.
• Proven ERP project leadership.
• Deep experience with enterprise system integrations.
• Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salesforce platform or integration experience.
• UI/UX or product interface collaboration.
• Consulting background.
• Manufacturing or product-driven enterprise experience.
