We are seeking a contractor with Net Suite and One Stream expertise. Primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, end‑user support, and supporting project initiatives across the CPM platform, including the design and build of new standard reports. The role will partner closely with functional teams to solve business‑reporting issues and design effective reporting solutions, working directly with leadership roles across the organization and solidifying a “best‑in‑class” CPM solution for the company.

This is a highly visible contract position with the possibility of moving to full‑time.

• System Administration
• Create and update roles, permissions, user accounts, dashboards, items, saved searches, and reports
• Manage operations and day‑to‑day end‑user support of Net Suite ERP and the One Stream reporting platform
• Maintain a limited number of workflows and scripts with Net Suite Support
• Support and manage Net Suite integrations with third‑party applications (e.g., Avalara & Celigo, JP Morgan)
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for Net Suite questions and troubleshooting
• Perform data imports including transactions for ELEP, Port Data Validate and WDNC
• Coordinate Sandbox Refreshes and Integrity when needed
• Ensure smooth month‑end close and forecast/outlook cycles in partnership with Finance and business partners
• Troubleshoot and support integration and data issues across various applications to ensure complete and accurate reporting within One Stream application
• Proactively monitor and streamline tasks and procedures following company standards
• Participate in system testing, data validations, and stress testing of new enhancements/features
• Create technical documentation, including data flow charts, system diagrams, formulas and methods for solving business problems, incorporating infrastructure requirements and interfaces
• Update/create end‑user training documents

• 6-10 years of experience in cloud CPM solutions
• Expertise with Net Suite ERP
• Expertise with One Stream application architecture and design principles
• Understanding of One Stream data structures and reporting cubes
• Working knowledge of relational database technologies and administration, preferably MS SQL Server and Oracle
• Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong desire for process improvement and automation
• Ability to manage time efficiently, handling multiple tasks concurrently under minimal supervision
• Experience with high levels of accountability and demonstrated initiative, innovation, and flexibility
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to build consensus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering with 6+ years of experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree
• US Citizenship required
