Job Description About the job you’re consideringWe are seeking an experienced POS Lead to manage and guide a team of QA professionals in delivering high-quality Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment solutions. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
Your role- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 QA professionals, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
- Delivery Management
- Manage offshore/onshore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for POS and payment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Technical Expertise
- Hands‑on experience with POS systems and payment solutions.
- Manage lab/test environments, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
- Work on API automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.
- Track and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide comprehensive test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading teams of 10–15 members in QA/testing projects.
- Strong background in POS systems and payment solutions.
- Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Hands‑on experience in API automation.
- Expertise in lab/test environment management.
- Excellent customer communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $83,000 - $183,430.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
