The Global Digital organization seeks a passionate and highly motivated Digital Product Designer who will set design standards for a human-centered journey, collaborate with business, technical, and product leaders, and help create a customer-centered experience. The role involves hands-on design work and active problem solving to support daily product delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Define and shape the experience strategy with the product team, facilitating sessions with stakeholders and users to define design goals and product requirements
  • Create a design strategy related to research insights, execution, and continuous integration
  • Synchronize customer research and map customer journeys across teams
  • Synthesize customer insights across research for each journey level
  • Take ownership of creating design deliverables
  • Create design artifacts such as journey maps, personas, wireframes, and Figma clickable prototypes
  • Build and maintain design systems
  • Collaborate with Product teams to define UX success metrics and translate insights into actionable design enhancements
  • Advocate for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design in all phases of the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with content strategists
  • Support delivery of work and provide tools for implementation teams to achieve sprint goals
  • Identify and remove team impediments
  • Align the roadmap with the product vision and customer voice
  • Seek continuous improvement in solving technical problems and challenging the status quo
  • Attend events and sessions with a customer-focused approach
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development and manage the user-facing backlog
  • Partner with QA and product teams to validate design implementation and ensure quality
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and user feedback to inform iterative design improvements
  • Contribute to governance and documentation of the design system for consistency and scalability
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in product design, Agile, and Scrum; consulting experience a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in product design with Health Tech and eCommerce exposure a plus
  • Expert in design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of digital and software delivery, technology, and industry principles
  • Experience in Agile Scrum teams, backlog and release planning, and writing user stories
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, and related tools
  • Domain-specific technical awareness to support backlog development and unblock the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed environment
  • Proven problem solver who can lead the team to progress
  • Experience acting as the voice of the customer
Location and Work Arrangement

Note:

This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, up to two days remote per week and three days at our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office. This position may be available in US locations:
Bridgewater, NJ.
