As a member of the Global Commercial Recruiting Team, the Recruiting Operations Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting the recruiters within our different business unit, provide administrative support, and work within TA (Talent Acquisition) technologies. This is an opportunity to support recruitment processes while learning how to manage multiple tasks.

About the Role

Syneos Health is seeking a motivated and curious Training Analyst Summer Intern to join our GCRS Recruiting Solutions training team. This internship is designed for a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field. The Training Analyst Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting learning initiatives that strengthen capabilities across the Recruiting Solutions organization.

This role is ideal for a student who is detail‑oriented, an excellent communicator, eager to learn about the Syneos Health business, and interested in how emerging technologies and AI are shaping the future workforce.

Key Responsibilities Training Content Development & Modernization
  • Assist in converting existing training materials into AI‑enabled and interactive learning formats.
  • Update, edit, and structure content using Microsoft Office and HTML to prepare materials for new digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on gaming and gamification strategies to support future GCRS training initiatives.
  • Provide summaries, recommendations, and examples on how gameplay elements may enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Create gaming templates for learning reinforcement and follow‑through, enabling trainers and leaders to incorporate game‑based elements such as challenges, scenario‑based quizzes, role‑play prompts, or digital activity cards into ongoing learning.
Training Facilitation Support
  • Partner with Training Leads to develop Leadership Training Facilitation Guides and Follow‑Through Guides that support consistent delivery and reinforcement of leadership learning programs.
  • Assist in designing structured templates, discussion prompts, job aids, and post‑session reinforcement tools.
  • Work cross‑functionally with team members across the Recruiting Solutions organization.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and present insights from ongoing projects.
  • Support basic tracking, organization, and documentation of training materials, project progress, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, AI in the workplace, and modern learning tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML.
