- Newly hired variable hour and part‑time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA benefits plans over their first twelve months. Employees who work at least 130 hours per calendar month over this period will be invited to enroll. Those who meet the requirement are eligible for major medical plans, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (COTA) in the state where the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)
- TB skin test current within the last 12 months
- Six months prior hands‑on experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
