Mental Health Professional

Join our team as a Mental Health Professional at Vital Core Health Strategies, located in Bridgewater, MA, serving the Old Colony Correctional Center (OCCC).

• Provide crisis stabilization, complete patient intakes and ongoing evaluations.
• Offer one-on-one and group therapy, including crisis therapy.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary behavioral health team and medical staff to create individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections, including discharge planning.
• Participate in monthly behavioral health calls.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and prepare necessary reports.
• Conduct risk assessment and other clinical duties as needed.

• Licensed, Master’s Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or equivalent license.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum one year of social work experience in a public or private agency.
• Background investigation clearance.
