Building Envelope Project Manager​/Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Envelope Project Manager / Engineer to lead structural restoration and facade rehabilitation projects based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts
. This full‑time onsite role involves managing complex exterior building system projects from initial evaluation through construction completion.

The ideal candidate has a civil or structural engineering background combined with hands‑on experience in building envelope consulting, forensic investigation, restoration design, and construction administration
. In this position, you will work closely with property owners, contractors, and engineering teams to diagnose building envelope issues and develop technically sound restoration solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful structural and façade rehabilitation projects while expanding expertise in exterior building systems and restoration engineering

• Manage building envelope and structural restoration projects from evaluation through project closeout
• Perform site inspections, condition surveys, and forensic investigations of façade and exterior systems
• Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, and bid packages
• Support bidding phases through contractor coordination and proposal review
• Provide construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and field observations
• Evaluate issues related to structural deterioration, waterproofing failures, and envelope performance
• Develop technical reports clearly communicating findings and recommended solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal engineering teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting, restoration engineering, or structural rehabilitation
• E.I.T. certification required;
  Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
• Experience preparing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Background in forensic investigation, design, bid assistance, and construction administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in clear American English
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Bridgewater, MA

• Façade restoration and building envelope rehabilitation projects
• Experience with waterproofing systems, roofing assemblies, and structural concrete repair
• Knowledge of exterior wall assemblies, masonry, steel, and reinforced concrete systems
• Experience supporting public or institutional building restoration projects

• Full‑time onsite role based in Bridgewater, MA
• Combination of office‑based engineering work and field inspections
