07th January, 2026We’re currently partnering with a leading UK provider of testing, inspection, and certification services to recruit an Engineering Geologist for their expanding Infrastructure Division. This is a permanent opportunity for a driven senior Geologist looking to develop their career with an organisation that plays a key role in delivering safer, more sustainable built environments across the country.
- You’ll carry out detailed site investigations and ground assessments, uncovering crucial insights into surface and subsurface conditions.
- You’ll collaborate closely with experienced multidisciplinary teams to support the stability, safety, and long‑term performance of major construction projects.

- You’ll carry out detailed site investigations and ground assessments, uncovering crucial insights into surface and subsurface conditions.
- You’ll collaborate closely with experienced multidisciplinary teams to support the stability, safety, and long‑term performance of major construction projects.

- Proficiency in geology, site investigation, report writing, logging, and sampling techniques
- Ability to prepare Health & Safety documentation and promote a safe working environment
- Experience in supervising multiple activities and staff on short and long‑term projects
- Competence in managing and collating site data using company software systems
- Strong written communication skills to produce factual reports
- Confident and knowledgeable in ground investigation techniques
- Minimum level of fitness required to undertake all site‑based tasks
- Proficient in using MS Office to create effective reports, communication, and record‑keeping
