Job SummaryYou will become a member of the Mid Atlantic Customer Unit in National Accounts, delivering world class customer service to our premiere National Account customers. This role will deliver exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between the clients and Met Life internal departments, resolve client inquiries, and develop proficiency in account and project management, problem resolution, implementation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead your National Account block of customers with excellence.
- Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
- Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for Met Life.
- Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
- Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.
- Coordinate yearly steward ships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note)
- 5+ Years of client experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ Years of group benefits experience
- Strong Customer Satisfaction Focus
- Growth Mindset
The expected salary range for this position is $63,500 - $97,400.
