As we aggressively expand our North American footprint, we are looking for a Sales Representative to lead our North America market entry and growth strategy. You will be a key driver in establishing Elchemy as the preferred distribution partner for top manufacturers in that geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive individual revenue targets through direct sales execution
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups, partnerships, and events, including structured outreach across email, phone, Linked In, and industry forums
  • Lead the entire sales cycle end-to-end - from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop deep relationships with procurement, R&D, and commercial stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Work closely with sourcing, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer experience
  • Represent Elchemy in customer meetings, industry forums, and trade events in North America
  • Track, forecast, and report sales performance with discipline, using CRM and data-driven insights
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    8-12 years of sales experience, with a significant background in specialty chemicals or preferably chemical distribution.
  • Industry: Preferably personal care ingredients and chemicals
  • Track Record:
    Proven ability to open new markets and secure "big-ticket" enterprise accounts.
  • Tech Savviness:
    Comfortable working within a tech-enabled startup environment; experience using CRM data and digital platforms to drive sales efficiency.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Mindset: A startup enthusiast who is comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building a business from the ground up in the North America.
