Accounts Payable Analyst; Processing

Location: 400 Somerset Corporate Blvd, Bridgewater, NJ 08807
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00, HYBRID In office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Anticipated Duration: April 1st with possible extension

Kelly has an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst
. The Accounts Payable Analyst is accountable for processing invoices, ensuring accurate coding and inputting accounts payable financial information in a timely manner.

• Primary responsibility involves processing high volume vendor invoices
• Indexing incoming invoices
• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices and check requests per company policy
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation
• Responsible to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
• Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests
• Assist with special projects as needed

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with People Soft preferred
• Excellent verbal and writing skills required
• Outstanding customer service and service orientation
• Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Willing to commit to long hours during the month end/quarter end close
