Cardinal Health Canada seeks a highly motivated sales professional for the role of Territory Manager, Long‑term Care, a field‑based position responsible for servicing customer accounts across the province of Nova Scotia.
The Territory Manager, Long‑term Care (Nova Scotia) is responsible for driving growth within the province’s Non‑Acute sector focused on Long‑term Care, including long‑term care, retirement and funded home healthcare accounts. This role is accountable for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding relationships with strategically important medium‑ and large‑sized customer groups.
Operating autonomously within the assigned territory, the Territory Manager represents the full range of company products, services, and solutions. The incumbent leads the customer account planning cycle, ensures customer needs are met, and upholds the highest standards of professional and ethical representation to achieve profitable sales objectives.

Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be- Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel across assigned customer accounts.
- Develop, manage, and track budgets, forecasts, and the implementation of national strategies to achieve corporate business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver strategic customer quotes and sales proposals in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
- Represent Cardinal Health Canada with the highest ethical standards, ensuring all sales transactions are accurately and transparently documented.
- Partner closely with senior management and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and serve as a primary value resource for customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging existing customers, prospecting new accounts, and leveraging professional networks.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and performance targets for the assigned territory.

- Conduct product, service, and solution demonstrations for diverse clinical and operational audiences, including Directors of Care, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, home healthcare teams, and industry representatives.
- Communicate workflow considerations, corporate business challenges, and broader systemic healthcare issues in a professional and credible manner.
- Coordinate team‑based selling efforts by collaborating with Contracts, Operations, Marketing, Services & Solutions, Transportation, and other cross‑functional partners.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to continually drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and improve operational effectiveness.
- 4–8 years of experience selling healthcare products in the Non‑Acute sector focused on Long‑term Care or home health settings, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency with platforms including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and following a disciplined sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and follow‑up abilities
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of product impact on patients, clinicians, and the Non‑Acute segment of Long‑term care
