Regional Manager

Wonder Auto & Tire Centre, a fast paced division of Shift Auto Group, is looking for a confident, people-focused Regional Manager to lead 5–9 locations across Nova Scotia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to inspire teams, drive results, and bring a shared purpose to life across multiple locations.

As Regional Manager, you will be the key link between our Branch Managers and Operations leadership — translating strategy into action, building strong leaders, and ensuring consistent, high quality performance across the region.

You’ll have full ownership of regional performance — culture, customer experience, and financial results. You’ll coach and develop Branch Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure every location delivers on Shift Auto Group’s customer-first common purpose .

Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Branch Managers

Driving consistency in operations, safety, systems, and customer experience

Owning regional P&L performance and key KPIs

Improving technician productivity, labour efficiency, and profitability

Championing video inspections, health checks, and transparent service

Executing corporate initiatives and supporting growth and change

Ensuring compliance with safety, and company standards

5+ years of leadership experience in automotive, retail, or multi-unit operations

Proven success managing P&Ls and driving performance improvement

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Strong understanding of shop operations and automotive workflows

A coaching-first leadership style with high accountability

Willingness to travel to stores up to 4 days per week
