The ideal CDA values teamwork, supports the Dentist by providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

- Collaborative team and environment to help you succeed as a Certified Dental Assistant. Working at Bridgewater Richmond Dentist, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are
- 2 days per week, likely Monday, and Tuesday/Thursday alternating
- Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
- Registered or in process of registering with the:
- BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- 3 years of experience, minimum 1 year with dental implant assisting is required
- Ortho module is an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an asset
