Equipment Maintenance Technician – Bridgeview, IL

LGH is a leading rental equipment company focused on hoisting and rigging solutions. We are seeking a qualified Equipment Maintenance Technician to contribute to the reliability and safety of our equipment fleet in Bridgeview, IL.

• Drive company vehicles to safely transport rental orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test various types of electrical, hand‑operated, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load and unload delivery vehicles and transport equipment within the warehouse as part of daily operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial driving experience required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly desired.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing or related work required.
• Experience working on air hoists, come‑alongs, manual hoists, and electric hoists desired.
• Prior forklift experience strongly preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• DOT certification required upon commencement of employment and must be maintained.
• Employment is conditional upon the ability to meet insurance underwriting requirements.

• Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Lift/carry up to 55 lbs.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm).

Location:

Bridgeview, IL.

Minimum starting pay: $23.25 – $27.25 per hour. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short‑term disability, basic life insurance, 401(k) with 5% company match, and comprehensive training.
