Job Summary

Summary:

Sales and Ecomm Associate that can give friendly and efficient customer service, work in a high paced environment, and can be flexible to last minute changes to help drive retail revenue for the Chicago Stars FC.

Requirements:

* Available to work in all Chicago Stars Home Games

* Available Weekends

* Able to stand for long hours (+9 hours)

* Able to lift boxes up to 50lbs

* Able to work outdoors (varying weather conditions)

* Friendly Customer service skills

* Communication Skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Load/unload merchandise on to truck to transport to stadium on match days

* Stocks shelves, counters and tables with merchandise

* Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner

* Efficiently and correctly process sales on a handheld device

* Count, tag, and organize merchandise efficiently onto corresponding shelves

* Accurately and efficiently personalize jerseys; comfortable working around a heat press

* Maintains clean and safe work environment

* Performs other duties as assigned

* Locations:
Franklin Park, Evanston, Chicago
