As a 2nd Shift CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery with precision and confidence. Your expertise will ensure that parts are produced accurately and efficiently, supporting our commitment to excellence and timely delivery. Required Skills:

• Proven experience with CNC machine setup and operation
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly
• Good communication skills and team-focused attitude

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with different types of CNC machinery and tooling
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Basic measurement skills using calipers and micrometers

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in machining is a plus
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on CNC operating experience in a manufacturing setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the 2nd shift (typically afternoons to evenings)
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Some flexibility for overtime when needed
