- - - Responsibilities:
Strap line helper in the manufacturing of steel strapping assists in the removal of coils from a rewinder reel using coil carriers, and transports coils from the rewinders to a conveyor system.;
Visually inspects coils during the process for obvious defects or markings, not consistent with our quality objectives.;
Transfer spools containing slit steel strapping to welding position.;
Spot weld individual straps at appropriate time interval.;
Assist in correcting production delays and product size changeovers
