Advantage Auto Group is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bridgeview, IL!

We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experience — but we’re also willing to train the right person who has great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits
• Guide customers through the entire sales process
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Preferred:

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience
