Job Description- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete the required training associated with the position.
- Ability to maintain continuous attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor and detect behavioral changes or signs of distress.
- Must have the ability to communicate in a clear, calm, and professional manner.
- Staff shall remain diligent when monitoring inmates housed in Constant Observation/Administrative Constant Watch Status, and will constantly monitor the inmate.
