Machine Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bridgeton, NJ. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. Daily tasks include setup, monitoring, and operation of machines, inspecting parts for accuracy, and performing routine maintenance. The role will also involve the use of hand tools and collaboration with team members to meet production timelines.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and basic knowledge of Machinery
• Experience with Quality Control processes and attention to detail
• Ability to use Hand Tools effectively
• Strong Communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate in a production environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods
