Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inside Mechanic to join our team. As an Inside Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing high-quality service to our customers.

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on vehicles and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Inspect vehicles to identify any potential safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service

• Candidate must provide own tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
