Join to apply for the GM and Food role s position supports General Merchandise and Food Sales, inbound/outbound processes, fulfillment, and product placement to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Starting Hourly Rate
: $15.00 USD per hour

• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs during daily tasks.
• Assist guests and colleagues to solve needs and provide excellent service.
• Execute daily tasks as assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, merchandising setup, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures when required.
• Handle pricing changes, product setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all tasks.
• Work safely at all times and report hazards; follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders and delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed.
• Capable of climbing ladders and lifting/moving merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Access to work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by job duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
