Responsibilities- Design and document aerial, underground, and buried OSP network routes.
- Perform field surveys and create construction drawings/work packages.
- Coordinate permitting, materials, contractors, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, OSHA, and local regulations.
- Review as‑builts, update mapping systems, and support maintenance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of OSP engineering or telecom experience.
- Knowledge of fiber networks, OSP construction methods, and applicable codes.
- Proficiency with CAD/GIS tools and strong project coordination skills.
