Salary Range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD
- Direct and supervise engineering or technical personnel involved in repair development, work scope generation, product modification, or testing.
- Manage the budget, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or major subsystems.
- Coordinate major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis.
- Perform engineering activities that span multiple disciplines or are not assigned to a defined practice area.
- Research and implement engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to improve current processes and develop new ones to drive productivity and profitability, providing technical direction as needed.
- Advanced degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering supporting aftermarket repair and overhaul processes, OR a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens may access program information under the contract.
- Previous experience as an Engineering Manager in an aerospace or aftermarket aviation environment.
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior experience with P&W Canada engine models (PT-6, PW300/500, PW800, etc.).
Onsite:
Employees in this role work primarily onsite at the Pratt & Whitney facility in Bridgeport, WV.
This position is considered safety-sensitive under FAA guidelines. Candidates will be subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA regulation 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40.
