Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Control access by monitoring vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verifying credentials and/or shipping paperwork as required, and directing visitors and drivers according to site procedures.;
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal personnel and/or public emergency services when needed.
