Our Experienced HVAC Technician and Installer enjoys a unique compensation package. When you first join us, you earn $35.00 - $45.00/hour
, depending on experience. After some time, you transition to performance-based pay where you earn more as you meet benchmarks. Your earning potential goes up to $120,000/year

You usually work from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to take the next step in their heating and cooling career. Here are the minimum qualifications:

• Class D or S Connecticut journeyman license
• 5+ years of residential heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance experience
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair equipment
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
