  • Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and other related products according to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Conduct pre-installation site inspections to ensure readiness and identify any potential challenges.
  • Measure and mark installation areas accurately to ensure proper placement and alignment.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble, secure, and finish installations.
  • Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns during the installation process.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including designers and craftsmen, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on-site and in the workshop.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
  • Provide post-installation support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Installer, Carpenter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle installation tasks and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
