- Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and other related products according to design specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections to ensure readiness and identify any potential challenges.
- Measure and mark installation areas accurately to ensure proper placement and alignment.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, secure, and finish installations.
- Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including designers and craftsmen, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on-site and in the workshop.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Provide post-installation support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Product Installer, Carpenter, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle installation tasks and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
