Join Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C LLC as a full‑time HVAC Service Manager in Bridgeport, CT. We’re looking for a leader with a passion for service and a drive to build a high‑performing team.

Bridgeport, CT – Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Weekend work is not required.

Competitive salary of $110,000 – $135,000 per year, with performance‑based bonuses.

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, customer service representatives, and dispatchers.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of service calls to maximize efficiency.
• Manage budgets, monitor inventory, and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support and keep the team updated on industry codes and technologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, restoring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and assist with estimates.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.

• 8+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current Connecticut HVAC license.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, sales, and performance metrics.
• Track record of resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Residence within 25 miles of ZIP code 06610 preferred.
