The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships in the IT staffing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, direct sales, and MSP partnerships
, with a proven ability to acquire new clients. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and experience navigating both direct client engagements and MSP/vendor programs.
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring clients in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing client engagements.
- Manage and grow business through MSP programs and direct client partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Stay informed on industry trends, staffing demand, and market opportunities within IT and Engineering sectors.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT or Engineering staffing/recruitment companies
. - Proven track record in direct sales and MSP program engagement.
- Strong experience building and managing enterprise client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing accounts.
- Experience working with staffing delivery/recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities
- Strategic thinking with a strong results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
