Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Direct and manage operations including sanitation, merchandising, payroll, record keeping and compliance with policies and laws;
Recruit, develop, train and counsel employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline;
Maintain store conditions per company standards and ensure sanitation and safety compliance;
Achieve productivity and payroll goals; manage inventory levels and shrinkage; maintain community involvement and team morale
