About the Position
Dedicated Neuroscience unit in Connecticut is in immediate need of an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for their inpatient unit overseeing Neurosurgery patients. In this role you will be providing care for patients on the floor and in ICU as well as providing neurosurgical consults and first assisting the attending Surgeon in emergency procedures. This is a full time, perm placement role offering a competitive pay, excellent benefits and negotiable sign on + relocation.

Relevant experience required. NP's must have First Assist.
Rotational shifts, days and nights, scheduled well in advance
Inpatient setting overseeing Neurosurgery patients on the floor and ICU
Intake H&PEs, progress notes, consultations, pre- and post-operative care, and discharges
Provide neurosurgical consults + first assisting in emergency procedures
