RN - WOW Program

You will work 6 consecutive weekends. The program consists of three 8‑hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The households at Mozaic Senior Life will each be led by a team consisting of a Clinical Nurse Leader (RN/LPN), Household Coordinator (non‑clinical leader), and Lead Homemaker. These leadership teams work to create a home, community, and family environment, and provide residents with the highest quality of life and care in a household model. Residents are supported by a team of household staff that fosters their personal growth and job satisfaction.

The Clinical Nurse Leaders and Household Coordinators form a Neighborhood Council that supports all households under the guidance of the Vice President, Nursing, and the Administrator.

As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will perform nursing duties within the scope of practice defined by the State of Connecticut, provide nursing care to household residents, assume responsibility for overall delivery of care, and support the household team to ensure quality of care and quality of life.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1+ years clinical experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• RN licensure, State of Connecticut, BLS/CPR certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association required).
• Ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile residents.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with relevant software packages.

CT licensure RN/BLS/CPR only. Accept American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Salary: $38.50 – $46.20 per hour.
