Job Summary
Location: St Vincents Medical Center (10427),
Shift: 40 hours Monday–Friday. The Pain Management Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will work in an inpatient and outpatient setting with flexibility to work within satellite locations.
- Provide consultations and follow‑up care for patients managing pain.
- See new patients and follow‑up appointments, including assisted injections as directed by attending physicians.
- Apply a holistic patient care model encompassing the entire spine care continuum, including pain management, surgical interventions, and medication management.

Eligibility to be licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP). Experience practicing as a PA or APRN is highly preferred. Prior experience in pain management, injection, orthopedics, neurosurgery, rheumatology, or primary care is highly preferred.
