Overview
Position: Youth Minister
Location: Balsora Baptist Church
Size: 100 Members
Balsora Baptist Church is a multigenerational church that seeks to minister to people of all ages and backgrounds. We are looking for a Youth Minister to lead and grow the ministry after our church rebuilt and reopened in 2022 and 2023. The church’s mission is to carry out the commission of the Lord Jesus Christ as stated in Matthew 28:19-20. We seek a visionary leader who can help the growth of our church to reach more students of all ages.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Must align with the mission and vision of Balsora Baptist Church.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement with sensitive information.
- Biblical/theological education is preferred but not required.
- Be available for church services, missions, and other youth activities (to connect with students).
- Plan and lead weekly youth ministries, Bible studies, retreats, mission trips, and outreach events.
