PI Litigation Attorney​/Associate

Overview

Regional plaintiff-only firm with great reputation and high stakes cases seeks a PI Associate to join their CT or PA offices!

Salary $115,000 - $160,000 per year

Trusted regional plaintiff-side law firm of 60+ people, with offices across NY, PA, CT, and WV. The firm has a national trial practice focused on representing injured victims in pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, personal injury, whistle blower and securities cases in both federal and state courts.

Please have the following:

• Experience handling cases from intake through trial and settlement
• Experience with State and Federal courts in CT or PA
• Experience with trial teams, expert witnesses, and clients; client interaction and compassionate communication
• Medical records reviewing and summarizing
• Case review and workflow management
• Document Preparation (drafting complaints, discovery responses, and correspondence)
• Negotiations with settlement strategy
• Compassionate and patient
• Clear communication skills

• Excellent MS knowledge
• Salesforce/Litify or similar case management software
• AI tools, Supio, Co Counsel
• Legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw)
• Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or Teams)
• E-filing systems for CT and PA courts
