Travel Cardiovascular Technologist / Cath Lab Technician
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Assignment Length: 12 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days (AM)
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

• On-call required

• 1 weekday call per week

• 1 weekend per month

  • Weekday call: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Weekend call:
    Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM

Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Cardiovascular Technologist / Cath Lab Technician to support a busy, high-volume Cath Lab. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and has strong interventional cardiology experience. Structural heart experience is preferred.

• Assist physicians during interventional cardiology and cath lab procedures

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor cases as needed

• Operate and maintain cath lab imaging and monitoring equipment

• Support structural heart procedures when applicable

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique

• Document procedures accurately in the EMR

• Participate in on-call coverage per department requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience required

• Connecticut ARRT license required

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• RCIS certification preferred

• Experience in a high-volume interventional cath lab setting
