Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week contract in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Apply now to secure a competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist interventional radiology physicians in diagnostic imaging procedures and interventional techniques.
  • Prepare and troubleshoot imaging equipment, including x‑ray, fluoroscopy, and CT systems used in IR.
  • Monitor patient safety, image quality, and radiation protection during procedures.
  • Document imaging studies, procedural data, and patient care records in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate with the interventional radiology team, nursing staff, and technologists across hospital settings.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited X‑ray technician program approved by JRCERT or equivalent.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior interventional radiology experience.
Contract Details
  • Weekly pay: $2,480 – $2,704 (tax‑free stipend may include meals, housing, and incidentals).
  • 12‑week contract with possibility to extend.
  • 40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts.
  • Hospital setting – Bridgeport, Connecticut.
