The Child and Family Guidance Center, serving children and families since 1925, is seeking a full-time Behavioral Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager.

This role involves ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including state and federal contracts, Medicaid billing, and HIPAA regulations. The manager will monitor billing practices, perform quality assurance reviews, generate data reports, and develop policies and procedures.

• Maintain government contracts and ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Stay updated on state and federal regulations, including Medicaid billing, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to develop and monitor billing systems and compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Produce and analyze outcome data to support DEI initiatives.
• Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor HIPAA privacy and security practices.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, and forms annually.
• Support case record reviews and staff training in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

• MSW, MBA, MPH, or related MA/MS degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid reimbursable services preferred.
• 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in human services or mental health.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality improvement practices preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
