Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year

- Perform and manage engineering tasks including technical analysis, evaluations, field investigations, design reviews, and reporting
- Manage and oversee Construction Materials Testing/Special Inspections projects for both private and public sector clients
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to schedules and standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior engineers and field staff
- Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to support multi‑discipline project delivery
- Prepare and review proposals, engineering reports, and technical documentation
- Support business development by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Participate in jobsite visits, construction support tasks, and coordination with contractors and clients
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree
- Professional Engineering License or the ability to get a Professional Engineer License within 6 months of start date
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Technical background and experience with various geotechnical topics such as shallow/deep foundation systems, retaining walls, infiltration testing, compaction control, and soil classification
- Experience with construction inspections related to concrete, reinforced concrete, soil compaction, shallow/deep foundation systems, and asphalt pavement
- Ability to mentor junior staff
