INTERNAL --Summer School ESY Nurses

Please see the following 2026 Summer School positions available for school nurses. Nurses must commit to working the entire program. Candidates will be evaluated based on their current attendance and job performance.

Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour per contract.

The 2026 Bridgeport Public Schools’ Extended School Year (ESY) program supports special education students in a summer program.

• Barnum
• Johnson
• Skane (see work hours below)
• Tisdale

• 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Barnum, Johnson, Tisdale)
• 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Skane ONLY)

TBD (Prior to end of school year.)

• Monday-Thursday July 6-9, 2026
• Monday-Thursday July 13-16, 2026
• Monday-Thursday July 20-23, 2026
• Monday-Thursday July 27-30, 2026
