Outpatient Primary Care Physician Opportunity

An established outpatient practice in a sought-after New England community is looking to add a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician in Family or Internal Medicine. Connect with us today to learn how this role could be a perfect fit for you!

Practice Setting

Employed position with a highly respected regional health system
Outpatient-only setting with no pediatric cases
Option to pick up hospitalist or nursing home shifts if desired
Support staff includes a dedicated MA and a shared LPN    AI-powered documentation support via ambient scribe technology

Schedule

Flexible full-time schedule; choose between 4 full days or 4.5 shorter days    1:6 Light phone only call rotation-physicians only cover their own practice
Triage service handles initial after-hours calls

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $220,000-$240,000 with potential to earn $325,000-$375,000    $12,000 sign-on bonus
4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + all holidays
Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail
All licensure and DEA expenses covered
403(b) retirement plan with match + access to a 457 plan
