Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our well-established, multi-provider adult primary care practice located in the beautiful Litchfield Hills, just outside of Bridgeport, Connecticut. This full-time, outpatient-only role offers a patient-centered, innovative care model within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Practice Details: 100% office-based, outpatient adult primary care No inpatient responsibilities Flexible scheduling options, including a 4-day workweek Phone-only call rotation ???

minimal call requirements (approx. 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months) Optional teaching opportunities with potential for a faculty appointment Compensation & Benefits:
