The role is based in one of our locations in Bridgeport, Stratford, or Stamford, within a patient‑centric primary care model.

Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine at an accredited institution. Board certification or board‑eligible to sit for exams.
Licensure & CertificationValid license to practice as an Internist in the State of Connecticut. Current DEA and State Controlled Substance certificates. CPR certification required upon hire and bi‑annual recertification.
