Additional Compensation & Bonus Eligibility
  • $30,000 recruitment incentive may be approved as an addition to the base salary.
  • $3,000 annual bonus for physicians who are Board‑Certified in their area of practice.
  • $5,000 annual bonus for physicians with a related second Board (e.g., Forensic Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry).
  • Reimbursement for voluntary on‑call and weekend coverage.
  • 16 paid hours per month for Continuing Medical Education or Professional Development/ Maintenance of Certification.
  • Benefit offerings vary for part‑time positions.
