Summary
CELC is now hiring for floater teachers to help in all areas of the child care facility. Please email your resume or call to schedule a time to fill out an application! We are excited to support the children and families of our community and look forward to hearing from you!
Duties- Adapting daily routines to meet the interest and needs of the individual child and the group
- Ensuring that the facility and all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and safe
- Establishing policies and procedures, including disciplinary policies
- Assisting teachers in the classroom and filling in when a teacher is out
- Ensuring that all children are supervised at all times
- Implementing positive discipline
- Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable
- Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner
- 1 yr minimum of child care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred
- Provide 3 professional references
